At Phillip’s Floral Designs, we strive to provide floral design services for every budget. Weddings can be stressful, let us help take the stress off of you! We do offer rental pieces such as vases, pillars, etc. or you can use your own. If renting, this is a flat fee that will be added to your total. Please inquire for more information.
